I trained with Mike for over a year. Working out with him helped me to get into the best shape of my life even though I am closer to 50 than to 40. Since I began working out with Mike I have reduced my body fat; increased my strength, endurance, and muscle tone; and have significantly less back pain. He is knowledgeable about his craft, thoughtful in his approach, and he pushes me to achieve more than I would have done on my own. Mike is also an interesting and pleasant guy. I really enjoy our workouts and I recommend him.
